Furthermore, if your exercise is intensive enough, your body will also produce human growth hormones which will slow down the aging process and thus make you look and feel better.

If you are overweight, exercising first thing in the morning is one of the best way to burn your fat calories. You see, when you wake up in the morning after hours without food, your carbohydrate level (glycogen) is low and when you exercise, your body burns more fat for energy instead of glycogen which is your body's preferred energy source.
